Institute of Advanced Motoring giving cycling tips!

It's good to see some "car people" saying this. It will hopefully educate some people, and make them a little less impatient when cyclists follow the advice they are given.

The IAM have always said things along these lines, it's just that unfortunately the organisation isn't as well known as it should be.
