its not a conversion, its a real track frame, i actually saw the bike yesterday when i picked up a chainring from the same seller.
You can make him an offer, not sure he will send the bike abroad tho.

i am currently in netherlands so this will not be a problem for me to pick it up.
i m just asking if you think it's a rather good value for money.
