From what I could gather its an 'italian raceframe' he's powdercoated a rather dull black, campag strada cranks? and not sure about the wheels. For a conversion I think you could do much better for the money . Try Dutchcheese or Peter V if you want specifics/advice for Marktplats.

its not a conversion, its a real track frame, i actually saw the bike yesterday when i picked up a chainring from the same seller.
You can make him an offer, not sure he will send the bike abroad tho. -
