Yes, tricky, but it can be worked out. I would suggest

Top 4 (that play in Semi's)

and best performing of the 4 that get knocked out in the quarters.

Of the 4 that don't get through to 1/4 finals, the best 2 ranked from qualifying? Or do we include the 1/8 results?
