Should the UK Champs decide the 6 UK teams for the WHBPC?

^Uh oh... also, if it's single elim. there's loads of room for a bike failure (or similar) to ruin your chances of going to the worlds.

Its not single elimination, each team gets 4 games regardless of wins or losses. Surely the 4 spots that arnt decided by 1st and 2nd could be done by wins/losses + goal difference? or is this too small a factor to decide?
