A while back I got some 165mm Stronglight double cranks from Spa Cycles. They are the same thing as the Sugino XD with different branding. They charged me 35 quid for just the cranks, but I had to phone to ask as they come with rings normally.

If you can settle for 170mm, SJS cycles sell Sugino XD WITH 2 steel rings for £25. They're "unbranded" on the website but come stamped as XD on the back http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/product-Unbranded-Alloy-Compact-Double-34-50-170-mm-Steel-Rings-Chainset-13441.htm
