What, when you hear "Calm down, dear. It's a commercial"? I can't believe that the simple phrase "Calm down, dear. It's a commercial" would engender such an extreme reaction. "Calm down, dear. It's a commercial" is a perfectly non-offensive phrase, and I can't understand why simply hearing "Calm down, dear. It's a commercial" would annoy anyone as much as hearing "Calm down, dear. It's a commercial" does.
