Dumb question ... is the Kryptonite New York M-18 listed under 18mm/19mm on p.1, the same as the "New York Lock® LS" on Kryptonite's site?

make reference to "18 mm hardened Kryptonium steel shackle" for the M18. But a search at Chain Reaction on M18 returns

with an indication of "16mm hardened MAX-Performance steel shackle" (presumably sourced from the text) on Kryptonite's site for the "LS"

Is the M18 perhaps an older, but more secure (?) (18mm>16mm), version of the LS?
