Mark, only just caught up with this - I hope things work out, and that your sister and family are ok?
You could leave the kids in my shed for 3 weeks. There's enough water, and I'm sure we could sort out some sort of barbecue thing to make them think they're actually in Malaysia and not 30 yards away from their own house.
