The original paintwork had been painted over by the previous owner in the 60s so the seat tube transfer is long gone. The headbadge I have for it was purchased by me, it is the crossed flags, I'm pretty sure this is incorrect as the fixing holes seem to be spaced for the earlier headbadge. Thanks for the info, where did you find the fork number?
