Locks that work

Good news, and bad I'm afraid. One lady locked up her bike with an ABUS Granit, and it wasn't stolen, though others around hers were. Hers was damaged in frustration by the thieves.

My studio is just behind Angel station and yesterday there was a bunch of bike thefts.

I saw at least 4 cut locks, 2 of which are hanging on the railings at the junction of City Road and St Johns st and Pentonville road. My girlfriends bike got seriously fucked up too, front wheel completely bent and also the rear stays, the thief had obviously tried to rip the bike of the rack, gotten frustrated and given it a good kicking. (it was locked up with a Abus Granit). Most of the cut locks were cheap flex type.

Just thought i should give a heads up to everyone out there.
