increase your stem height, and see if that does the trick.

If I raise the stem height Im still gonna have to look over my right shoulder, its the actual strain of leaning round that is causing the pain I think. Also if it helps Ive recently put higher rise risers on my bike and the pain is dstill there.
I was only asking on here as I thought it might be a common problem as all cyclists have to look over their right shoulder all the time.
