Had a quick search but cant find anything that similar apart from Paul- Michel and his neck and wrist problems and that thread wasnt much help. If there is a thread on this that Ive missed then direct me to it and ill ask Velocio nicely if he can close this one down. Anyway....
Does anybody else get awful pain in their neck from looking over their shoulder. Even if I turn my body to look behind me I still have to look over the shoulder a bit and its that strain that seems to be causing me awful neck pain.
Its now constant pain (when looking over right shoulder) on and off the bike.
Is this RSI? Does anybody know any good ways to remedy this? I was thinking about sports massage therapy but not sure if thats the way to go plus I bet it costs a fortune.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
