I spoke to two people outside the Tooting Bec highway last night. They were monitoring traffic behaviour around the "magic carpet". More of the magic carpet will be put down tonight on the other side of the road.
They are also using different cover on different locations to test which one work best.
I told them what I thought but that we will have to wait and see how it works.
Apparently there is a big resurfacing programme about to start.
