Wanted: 19" old frame - 60s -70s pref

Hey all,

wondered if anyone has an old 19" frame gathering dust - with some decent lugs and paintwork.

ideally 60s-70s claud butler would be nice - but open to anything!

got bout £250 notes max.

building a bike for my ladies bday! - she dont want a fixe so the drop outs aint really an issue
