Nitto jag alternative

Right I've taken my Feather to bits with the intention of buiding it up properly ( I got impatient last time). First port of call is a new stem and I'm looking for something with a similar drop to the nitto jags but bein skint and studentish I can't afford one but does anyone know of a stem that's similar but cheaper?

i can't think of any still in production but cinelli and 3ttt both made quill drop stems a while back but they tend to go for even more than the jags do. I think they also have a slightly less aggressive drop too
