For Sale: Dolan pre cursa, velocity deep vs, + free drop

Have my 60cm Dolan pre cursa for sale, under a year old from new. All new or nearly new parts.
FSA compact/ergo drops (£50 new)http://www.roadcyclinguk.com/gear-news/fsa-wing-pro-compact-handlebars/2291.html, white velocity deep vs on planet x, carbon planet x seatpost. carbon forks, 16mm track cranks bought/put on by velorution. Condor straps. Shimano BB.

Start the bidding at £325, as saw a fuji track at £280 and I think this is a bit more special.

As you can see I took some of the decals off, and rebranded her OLA! I can totally debrand or you can buy decals from eBay. It originally came us an uncoated frame, and got sprayed.

I also have some Botranger race lite drop bars which can be picked up for NW2, if you can pay a few quid for them I will give to forum, if not, no worries.

You're not going to get £400 for this. Try half. And 16mm cranks?!

whatever weslito, all parts together are £700 new, and everything apart from the headset/stem was new. So £400 is not a bad drop for a 1 year old bike.

Pedals and condor straps 40
Cranks and chainring: 70
BB: 15
Chain: 20

Frame AND forks are £250 new. The frame isn't in a very sellable condition with no 'D' or 'N'. That's a problem that you should have considered when removing the decals. And why is it drilled for bottle cages?

It doesn't matter how much you've spent, you're not going to get £400 for it on here. If you want to sell it whole, you'll need to lower your price. I'm not trying to be bitchy, just letting you know.

I think you'd be better off splitting it up and selling separately. You've got interest in this already. You'd probably make more this way than selling it whole.

Agree with Weslito; you can buy precursas built on ebay for £450 for a superior build then this bike (new). Would sell for £200 on here but any more and youd be pushing it.

I bought my old Precursa for £300 with a carbon disc and Ultegra/600 running gear

sorry, i think that the 440 builds on ebay being better is total bollocks, no offence.
I think that reselling average steel (carbolite) frames with no name components for 200quid, now that is a rip, but no one picks up on these "classics". This bike is nicer than a fuji track/lansgeter, which regularly sell for £300. £200 is a ridiculous price, the wheels themselves are worth £80, the rest of the bike for £120... I already had an offer for £230 on the forum for the frame/cranks & forks only.

whatever, to the sensible people: "please have a look at what is on this bike and what else is offered on this forum for £200 and make your minds up..."

However as every points out split and sell and you'll get your 400, you won't get it for the complete bike on here, every one is cheap. You won't get market value.

thanks Harry, I understand the way this forum is and how people guard newbies from getting jacked. I have now researched past Dolans here and seen one go for £395 and one for £325, I will take the price down to £325 because this forum has sorted me out, though I may advertise for more elsewhere. I still believe £200 is a totally ridiculous price for a bike like this.

bein a bit rash tryin to fob him off with a unicack. I got a frame and forks custom built for me for 300 so 400 is a tad much.

i have lowered the price henceforth, who built your f&f please?

Seriously though, split and sell individually if you want to make your money back. You get much better return this way.
