720mm inner leg should = seat tube + cranks length + seat post height + saddle height (but then minus a bit at the end so your legs are not totally straight at the bottom of your pedal rotation, and also minus the elevation from the centre of the pedal axle to the platform)
So instead of 720, say 700 = 490 + 160 + 20 + 50 - 20
700mm proably is still leaving you over stretched while pedalling on a 49x49, so any pedals that give more elevation (ie clipless) or thinner saddle (Toupe? or other racing saddles) might make it almost comfortable.
