Chickpeas and any other pulses you want
Seeds from one pomegranate
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Some dried cranberries or raisins if you feel like it
Loads of mint and coriander chopped up
Grated rind and juice of one lemon
Pepper
Ginger
Olive oil
Mix it all up
Serve on top of rocket and assorted lettuce, with some steamed broccoli and carrot. Yum.
