my wish is for every possible aero advantage on the old kent road time trial. i take my journeys home very seriously.
you shouldn't really hang around with triathletes you know, they're a bad influence. don't let him start you on the running, because it's a slippery slope...

tried. and failed. last year my wristband was loose when the checked it and they took me into some office and someguy came in and tried to to a goop cop bad cop scenario and asked me where i was camping and who i came with and what bands id seen, to make sure i wasnt a fence jumper.
so i needs monies. im not going trough hassle again

Although running and a half ina swimming wetsuit wouldnt be too far from the 14 mile run i did on Sunday; sweating alcohol i was, still a bit dehydrated.

I'll allow shaved legs. Show off your bulging calves all you can. Specially now the weather's warm.
I can also chuck some aero bars your way seeing as I think I've pinched these. I bought them off the forum a while back just to see how they would be. They're rather crude and they're cut too short for me, but hey, cheaps. I'll see if I can dig out some pics.

shaved legs only help for if you fall off so the hair isn't painfully ripped out so i've been told
