I've said it before and I'm saying it again; this forum does not really want the number of cyclists in London to increase. It pays lip service to the idea but it doesn't really mean it.

Of course not. What we want is for the relative proportion of cyclists to increase. Which can be achieved much more easily by DESTROYING ALL CARS. Or something.
