  • generic stir fry:

    med-high heat

    groundnut/seaseme oil: 1 min
    onions + garlic + ginger: 1 min
    add rice wine
    cook any choice of veg eg peppers & sugar snaps: 5-10 mins
    seprately fry 2 beaten eggs into a pancake, remove from heat roll and chop like a swiss roll
    add soy sauce +egg rolls + cooked rice/noodles to veg and bring together: 30 secs

    serve with sweet chilli sauce.
