Believe it or not, the polo beater cost me £12.50 to build. Basically that was the cost of the tyres. The rest either came out of the skip at RCB, was what I had lurking around the shed, or what I could scrounge. Just goes to show you don't need to spend a fortune or use exotic parts. I know some might turn their noses up at it, but it gave me a lot of pleasure to build, cost fook-all and got me started in polo. Might upgrade when I get a bit better at polo, but it suits me as a starter-bike ;) I've got another part-built if you're interested?
