  • so what's going to happen? well arsenal aren't going to win anything until they get rid of wenger. Liverpool are going to implode but will gerard see sense and leave? can't call it between chelsea and utd but west brom are coming up only to go straight back down again.

What about the interesting teams that aren't in the top 5?

  • Its a sorry state of affairs that he was still in the set up, but it says more about the state of English football than it does about Mr Beckham. He'll be missed in SA this summer.

  • Good news for England about Beckham. Pity he played in qualifiers when his slot should have been used to test and give experirence to those who might actually play.

  • Everyone's favourite perma-tanned manager, Phil Brown, has been put on gardening leave by Hull City. Is this an elaborate way of sacking him?

  • I'd like to see Brum go in for Bullard when the Hull ship sinks over the summer.

  • did anyone hear the joke about the birmingham manager having been spoken to about the liverpool job when rafa moves to real madrid

  • They couldn't afford him.

  • Calm down dicki, I have it on good authority that next season Liverpool will be managed by a dream team of Kenny Dalglish and John Barnes.

  • phew ..... at least we aren't looking at some scot who did moderately well up north of the border for a season or two and is milking that for all it's worth ... getting a few premiership roles along the way

oh no hang on a minute dalglish innit DOH

  • did anyone hear the joke about the birmingham manager having been spoken to about the liverpool job when rafa moves to real madrid

He'd do a better job than The FSW. Actually, be best to keep him

  • I'd like to see Brum go in for Bullard when the Hull ship sinks over the summer.

Bullard is one more Scott Parker tackle away from retirement.

  • I'd like to see Brum go in for Darren Anderton/Jamie Redknapp/Michael Bridges when various ships sink over the summer.

    :)

  • Marky, how did Vaughan get on at the weekend?

  • Marky, how did Vaughan get on at the weekend?

He came on as a sub and apparently did pretty well - should have had a penalty by all accounts. The boss is looking to send Howard out on loan, Huddersfiled I think, so he must be confident of Vaughan - especially since Fryatt is out with a broken jaw.

I'll let you know how he gets on tomorrow night, if he plays at Palace.

  • FFS why doesn't Benitez just bugger off. I wish these stories were true

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1258026/Rafa-Benitez-rubbishes-talk-hes-leaving-Liverpool-Real-Madrid.html

Easy money tonight go for the draw against Portsmouth. I know I am

  • Fuck me. Benitez has put out an attacking team and is going for the win instead of the draw. Only 1 holding midfield player. 2 strikers up front. Whatever next

Daft fucker. Why did he have wait until I stuck a five on for the draw to actually try and attack teams?

  • Pompey are being taken to the cleaners, shame. Watching the game from the ESPN studio in Chiswick, supposed to be tech support, but nothing ever goes wrong.

As the camera scanned the crowd looking at the players families, Jon Champion refered to Danielle Lloyd as a serial WAG.

    Pure Class.

I would have liked him to refer to her as a racist gobshite serial WAG cunt, but I am not sure the gallery would have appreciated that.

  • Your money's not looking too safe at the moment Mike.

  • A side bet on the draw now? It's 350-1 for a 3-all draw.

  • What about the interesting teams that aren't in the top 5?

i've been thinking really hard about this one...and i'm stuck. although i'd gladly watch everton, blues, villa, fulham as the general standard of football is way better than it was 15 years ago ultimately finishing 8th is only exciting for fans of those teams. this season is proving to be pretty good up and down the league with things to play for all over. i'm looking forward to a few good days and nights in the pub watching it all play out

  • can liverpool actually afford to get rid of benitez financially?

  • I gather that, in Liverpool, you can get rid of anyone for the price of a small packet of heroin.

  • :d

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to cliveo again.
