New Rear wheel advice

New question:

• My current bike has a 55mm chalinline 135 spaced hub: on-one inbred. These are no longer made, rather on-one do a double-fixed with a 48mm chainline. Can't source a new 55mm hub, so should I change the chainline on my bike - two new rear wheels? If so, should I look at re-spacing the rear dropouts to the more common 120 spacing and be able to use the same wheels for both my bikes (who does this in B'ham?).
