I'd rather hurt spammers and help others avoid spam. "Mark as Spam" it always is.
Besides... Google now features the ability to unsubscribe AND mark as spam. Just mark it as spam and if it is from a verifiable mailing list manager it will ask whether you want to unsubscribe to prevent ever getting it again. So one button deals with both scenarios.
