And buy a new fork. And a new stem cause the fitted one is too short.
£900 bike + £150 new cranks + £150 replacement fork + £50 for the brakes they have to include.
And the cranks and fork I can't get at evans, so and extra £300 out of my pocket. Plus the £500 it would cost for the bike. Just not worth is, almost the same as buying straight.
