hows this for a stupid council, they have just started digging up a road, which has NO potholes in it whatsoever.
Not sure of the council as its on my way to work, in clapham.
Clapham council? lol
oh and heard this on the radio, councils have asked for another 150mill to help repair all the pot holes.
