    I'm going to write a diary and stop smoking and swim 2k every morning

    As i hate swimming, dig smoking and am useless at keeping diarys. when this is done i'll do something more useful like save beavers or something, but for now selfish acts are fine

  • For 100 days I'll do exactly what I do now so that I can eat, drink, ride, etc.

  • what lent is 30 days? i am not a religous man but i was under the impression you had to eat chocolate eggs for a month in honour of baby jesus who liked chocolate but couldn't eat it as he was diabetic and they didn't know a lot about diabetes in the olden days because they were too busy killing people

    how about learn a polish word every day for 100 days, then the pillow walk with Mel might work as she wont be put off with that Australian ackciint.

    Two are easy - its the swimming thats the tough one, i am taking a photo of me in my pants before and one after.

    I have noticed by skin looks terrible and i feel the cold because of the smoking. i only smoke a few roll ups a day but its been nearly a year doing it. i blame fiddy! too much time drinking with him got me smoking
