Saw the aftermath of the accident, too. From what riders who saw it, it should be GBH. WAC indeed.
Very good ride. I managed a humble rumble at 5:47. Pretty well run event. I had planned to do the 57 miles, but totally missed where the routes split. It may have been just after the accident and I was distracted. Don't know. Didn't seem well marked. I limped the last 10m into a headwind and was really chuffed to have cycled the 77 miles with not too much pain - not too bad for an old bloke.
