I did it skateboarding in Walsall.. Got it xrayed + repaired over there.. I've got an appointment at a hospital in my local area on Thursday.. It's strapped up at the moment so I can't soak it.. But i'll invest in one of those therapy balls when I can move it again. Cheers Erudin.
