Got my plug through RTW and its pretty good. I dont like the half-link chain and the wheels are shite so I'm replacing it piece by piece. Also rust is a bit problem for a lot of the components, I dry it off each time I bring it in
Done:
New zaffiro vittorias to replace the massive stock tyres
re-gripped bull-horns, considered new bars but I like the width, good for climbs (of which there are many in brighton) and made sure I covered the 'Charge' decals on the bars
New saddle (although the spoon is good VFM)
Covered most decals with stickers and leccy tape
Planning to:
Build new wheels (got some built for my custom build and weighed them both, each wheel was 800 grams lighter than the charge ones)
Replace stem
But all in good time.
Basically this bike is the workhorse and will carry me to work come rain or shine. I can chain it up in the middle of town and not constantly worry about it getting nicked/scratched which I wouldnt be able to do with my custom.
Example: A work colleauge chained his halfords MTB next to the charge the other day and scratched the down tube. My reaction wasnt to go in and instantly kill him to death because these things happen and its only a charge ;)

So in conclusion, more power to charge owners!
