Two weeks on the tube is an excessive punishment for a moment of inattention.

He, he, there's no way I'd even contemplate taking the Tube. If it's public transport it's buses or overground rail for me.

How ironic that Oliver will start having to take public transport as soon as the weather picks up. At least the fair-weather cyclists won't be taking up precious seating space on the buses and trains.

At least I had a few glorious days of it. But it's a good idea; I could always claim that I'm a foulweather cyclist.
