Thats the idea. Im in talks with 4 boroughs at the mo. I emailed them all, and these ones had alrady thought about it, but really didnt have a clue whats involved. It's a full time job, and you cant go at it half-assed. Im offering my services as a consultant to get them off the ground, and will probably start one myself if one of the boroughs agrees some start-up funding. Mechanics and volunteers will then be sought!!!
The rest is a 2-hour conversation, and several pints worth (not too many reds in Skully's case!).
Catch up soon, eh? Should be down in 2 weeks, for a week. Will post, and turn up for the advertised 'beers'. or maybe a polo match.
Sadly i missed registration for Tweed Run. Boo - I have the Edwardian path racer and the tweeds, too.
