Cheers tallsam... i had already found that stem, and noticed the bargainousness of it. I can't really face the fugly tig welding on it though ... I may have to rethink this AHead business, I was asking as I'm trying to decided whether to stick to threaded (like my other bikes) or go Ahead on a new frame. I was hoping to make this frame a bit more up to date, but now I'm dithering. Thing about A head is it looks crap except for one or two exceptions ... thomson in silver would be nice (discontinued), or the fancy chromo nitto ... but they seem to come a bit long for me.
