There was a similar PC purchasing scheme in the UK based on same model as C2W of salary sacrifice called HCI and one day in 2006 Gordon Brown shut it down overnight sending a load of companies that administered schemes to the wall.

Cyclescheme live in constant fear of HMRC doing the same thing because frankly it's just too good a deal and when they are the fastest growing company in the UK someone in the Treasury is going to do the sums despite all the touchy-feely environment stuff.

It will be a target after the May general election...whoever wins....a hung parliament might, might delay it till one side gets a working majority at a 2nd GE!
