hooraaaaaaaaayyyyyy!! first day of the season and the weather was good! brilliant to see everyone. i feel so positive after this morning, brilliant work Rob and Jason, this new schedule is perfect. i really felt like i got a lot out of the training today.. really enjoyed the lumps and bumps and the rotations. see you next week.
