I've got a giant OCR in Small that will build up in to a nice geared bike.

What does it look like? I'd be after something steel and lugged ideally. I don't mind doing a bit of re-furbishing / powder coating (there's an old boy near me who can powder coat frames for £30. - He's not too hot on the colour charts though so it's kind of pot luck!).

Hi Joxster,
Thanks for the offer but it's too modern for me! It would be wasted. I lose count after 12 gears.

200 pounds for frame set and crank set.size 53.
Too big for me but thanks.
Cheers to everyone for the messages so far. I have quite a few options. Still looking though.
Ideally for a road frame it'd be steel, lugged, clearances and mounts for mudguards and quite light. Could have tatty paint work as I quite fancy getting one powder coated black.
Fixed frame i'm open to suggestions.

I have several possibilities:
CBT ITALIA ROAD FRAME c1994
Seat Tube (ctc): 49cm
Top Tube (ctc): 51cm
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 700C
Brake drop with 700C/Sprint wheel: 45mm
This is a rather unusual CBT Italia frame which uses a very distinctive fluted tubing. It is in excellent condition with almost unmarked paintwork and the long horizontal dropouts mean that it will make an easy conversion to singlespeed or fixed. £165BLACKWELL c1980
Seat Tube (ctt) : 52cm (20.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 52.5cm (20.75in)
Rear dropout width: 126mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 50mm)
Bottom bracket threads: English
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
This is a very nicely built frame which appears to have been built for Blackwell cycle shop in Hackney Road. It has recently been repainted and had the top tube brake cable guides removed - the marks left from where these were have not been filled but are not very noticeable. The horizontal dropouts make it ideal as a fixed or singlespeed conversion. £89RORY O’BRIEN ROAD FRAME 1961 built by Les Ephgrave one owner
Seat Tube (ctt) : 51cm (20in)
Top Tube (ctc): 52cm (20.5in)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27s, Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 57mm)
Bottom bracket threads: English
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
This frame has had one lady owner from new - she was the wife of one of the riders on Rory O’Brien’s race team - they all rode Ephgrave built ROBs and she went along to Ephgrave to get measured up and this frame was the result... Its in its original paint and has many of the Ephgrave details - in particular the seatstay bridge and fork crown. It has unfortunately had its Campag gear hanger cut off... it however makes it ideal as a singlespeed or fixed conversion. £225STAN PERRY ROAD FRAME 1960s
Seat Tube (ctt): 52cm (20.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 55cm (21.5in)
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: 27s, Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 65mm)
Bottom bracket threads: English
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Stan Perry’s bike shop was in north-west London - Sudbury Cycle Works. I don’t know whether he built the frames himself or had them. This frame is however really rather nicely built and I think dates from the early 1960s. The paint is rather scruffy but does have the charm of a well used but not abused bike. It would make an ideal single speed or fixed conversion with it long horizontal dropouts. £85DE ROSA c1990
Seat Tube (ctc): 50cm (20in)
Top Tube (ctc): 52.5cm (20.75in)
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 45mm)
Bottom bracket threads: Italian
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
De Rosa frames are not common in this country or anywhere really; unlike Colnago all their frames are built in house and the numbers made are probably only one tenth those of Colnago... This early 1990s De Rosa is in exceptionally sound condition but the blue paint has faded rather badly. There are no dents or dings and it is straight. Very small De Rosa frames do not turn up very often and this is an excellent opportunity to get one at a very reasonable price which can be refinished to your own taste. £245and I will have a 20.5in Soens Track frame - £245 tomorrow.

Hi all,
I'm trying to find a couple of frames that fit me. I'm good at buying frames that are too big for me and growing in to them hasn't happened yet! Need to be around 50cm. One to build a geared bike, and one fixed.
I've spoken to a couple of you on here already and have some piccies of frames on the way. Thought i'd see what else might be hanging around.
Cheers,
Paul

That De Rosa is nice, but too much cash money for me. I think I may have found at least one road frame now.
Have your wallet ready
Nope, wallet looks empty! - Don't think that frame is what i'm after but thanks.
I'm considering a new Bob Jackson vigorelli at the moment.. The price seems quite reasonable and seems to tick all the right boxes for me. Need to get saving the pennies though. Waiting to hear back about a used one on here first.
