  • Gearing advice please? I run circa 69'' usually.

    I reckon the optimum gearing would be about 60" if you can spin (none of the descents are that intense apart from Whitedown), 64-66" if you're hedging your bets, and 69-71" if you either enjoy weight-lifting, are an über-grimpeur, or are prepared to spend 5-10 minutes walking.
