From a London perspective it just seems weird to see that much lycra and carbon everywhere, given that so little people cycle overall.
Also the carbon fibre here wouldn't be on you that long, I guess, and you might even get jumped for it.

I do 9000km a year, but built for leading into headwinds rather than fast climbing, all bikes are kept inside, yes to Norton Summit, but there are far better rides than that.
