I've ranted about shinybikes on here before, short story: ordered a groupset, it took literally weeks to arrive, despite showing as instock and taking my money upfront. Gave them a second chance and bought some odds and ends, which also took yonks to arrive. I guess they're find if you don't mind waiting an eternity for things.
