Only twats ride with worn cleats

An internet search of Morel Lavallee lesions shows that they are most commonly associated with motorcyclists and cyclists wjho are the types of people who willl hit tarmac at speed. One point I now recall from the orriginal accident is that my elbow was bear, in a short sleeved jersey, and shredded. My should was unharmed although my jersey was shredded and my shorts were completely undamaged although my buttock bought it. If my shorts had acted like my jersey I might not have suffered any worse injury than roadrash.

this sounds like a long winded way of trying to get people to ride with their bums out.
