  • Rich, spitalfields is on saturday.

  • Haha cheers!, can you only use each spoke once, as you need the threaded end? or can you snip it off once you have it in far enough and then use it for the next one?

I cut the spoke at an angle to give it a point and hammer it in like a nail. Just make sure the pre-drilled hole is the right size/length. The last one I did, the hole was too big so I cut the spokes longer hoping it would hold but the cap shifted anyways. I guess this goes for the threading in method as well.
I also have several lifetimes supply of used and damaged spokes. Will keep some in my bag for Saturday but I feel it's already covered...

^ totally. I could use two for photography purposes also if there's spare.
I haz the sticker and bartape today.

Also, Sol's right, there's 52 on the list + reserve.

  • Ray what time do you think you'll make south tonight?

  • Nice work Ray. Are these PE? They probably don't fit into 2" ABS?

    ?

Do they fit into ABS pipe or only PE?

  • theyre 50mm diam. and 10mm thick does that work???

  • I'll check when I get home. Thanks.

Unless Mike remembers what diameter he uses for his caps?

  • Nope. But I'm pretty sure PE is smaller ID than ABS.

  • Mr Norris get the ruler out i have a variable bit.

  • In that case I'll take 1. No ruler though...

  • That's Dr to you, sir.

Measurements coming soon. I would take 1 or 2. Thank you, sir.

  • That's Dr to you, sir.
