you bought that thing about a week ago...
you got a fucking steal...a total steal...that guy hadn't got a fucking clue what that frame was worth and it looks like you haven't either...
I know it sounds especially harsh, however it's not meant to be...honest, you just beat me to the frame you bought by about 3 minutes and I was absolutely livid....and it is an especially pretty and rather rare frame, and in the condition you got it... with 50 years of wear and tear is hard to find, usually they have been painted or bent, or cracked or rattlecanned or restored or powdercoated...and not just left as they should be to acquire another 50 years of history to the paint they left the factory with...
if you'd like to sell your frame...I'll give you seventy quid...hows that sound...? and as an aside...don't paint the damned thing either, the paint just needed a t-cut and a polish the patina was beautiful...
