Thermal jackets aren't waterproof- only Gore-Tex etc

Thermal jackets are thick windproof material with slight fleece inside

You could do a Thermal jacket with a race cape jacket over it- but probably cook yourself in the process

To be fair to the vendor, its cheap as chips, and posted at that too. What's the actual chest measurement please? I know you quoted the 38-40 " but at times that's not a true measure, it looks a 42".

I would say its not my idea of a Thermal Jacket, more an eg Touring Jacket, never-the-less its cheap and new- so good on yer!
