The only issue I've ever had with Parker was regarding some bars that I ordered which failed to materialise and required me chasing a week and a half later to eventually be informed that neither they nor the distributor had any stock. Parker rectified this by providing me with different bars and ignoring the, not inconsiderable, difference in price.
Being totally honest, they're one of my go to shops.
