Double room available in quiet friendly houseshare, sharing with three girls (20s/30s). Close to local parks (Dulwich & Brockwell parks) shops, pubs and HH velodrome. The rent is £472.33 per month (includes council tax and water rates). Gas & electric bills, tv licence and wifi are extra, and come to around £30 or £40 per month on top. Deposit is required, which will be held in the DPS scheme.
Bike friendly house, with indoor storage space.
Good transport links on the no: 37 bus route, it's a 3 minute walk to North Dulwich station and a 10 minute walk to Herne Hill station for non-cyclists.
Room is available from 17th March, professional non smoking female preferred.
