same can be said about stiffness of thread for all the MKS touring pedals i've owned- i know its not my 75's as my dura ace spd sl's went in fine. I had a little fiddle with the cones/lock nut on my pedals today. is really hard to get the tension just right, so i went with a tiny bit of play instead of a tiny bit of stifness. will see if it makes much difference
