The cranks and bb came as standard on my Surly Steamroller and have been used for about 8 months. I’d rate the condition as very good, only a few marks on the cranks which are hardly noticeable. The bb is also in really good condition, fitted and removed professionally.
I’m only selling as I upgraded my cranks and needed a longer bb spindle, which makes both surplus to requirements. Would prefer to sell them together as that’s easier. Both can be yours for the dealtastic price of £40.
Andel track cranks: 170mm, 130bcd, 47t 3/32 chainring.
BB: I thought this was a Sugino, but the bearing bits says FSA on. The body of the BB says RPM. Square taper, sealed bearings. 68 x 103mm (according to the Surly website)
I’ve been using this chainring with a 1/8” chain, and it runs very quietly, which is nice. Only has light wear.
I’ve also got a Token headset for use with threaded forks / quill stem. I fitted this to my old bike but then had to take it straight off as the stack height was too high for the forks, which I discovered were very short (shimano 105 only just made it!). Still in/got it’s box. It was fitted using a proper tool but removed with the old screwdriver and hammer technique, so it carries the resulting marks – the pics do it justice I think. Once fitted you’d never know it wasn’t brand new. Nice sealed cartridge bearings. £10
Prefer to meet Holborn area at lunchtimes or southeast evenings. If you dib, please also PM.
