The best thing to do is to remove the tub and fit it again, although it can be a pain in the arse to pull it off the tape without damaging it. Or spend £13 on a new Vittoria Rally.
Really, they should be pre-stretched overnight to remove the kins for the tub being folded.
It's a quick job if you use a tape (Tufo, Velox).
There's no damage to the rim - it's very nice. Hubs are still shine and without scratches, which is the plague for the QRs if you swap wheels often.
